2. التحديات والأزمات التقنية (The Challenges)
مشكلة البيانات والوصول: تسلمنا ملفات الموقع كنسخة احتياطية عبر أداة (Duplicator) ولكن دون توفر أي بيانات دخول (Admin Credentials) للوحة تحكم الووردبريس.
ضعف الهوية البصرية: التصميم السابق كان يفتقر للمسة الفخامة القانونية، وتشتت المحتوى لم يساعد في بناء رحلة مستخدم (User Journey) واضحة للعملاء.
مخاطر أمنية: تطلب الأمر تنظيفاً وتأميناً شاملاً للسيرفر لضمان عدم وجود ملفات برمجية مكشوفة بعد النقل.
3. خطة العمل والتنفيذ (Our Process & Execution)
المرحلة الأولى: النقل التكتيكي وحل أزمة الدخول
قمنا بنقل الموقع وسحب قاعدة البيانات بأمان إلى استضافة Hostinger الجديدة عبر لوحة الـ hPanel.
لتجاوز مشكلة فقدان بيانات الدخول، قمنا بالدخول المباشر إلى ملفات السيرفر وتعديل ملف functions.php برمجياً لإنشاء حساب مدير (Administrator) جديد تماماً، ثم قمنا بتطهير الكود فوراً وتأمين الموقع.
المرحلة الثانية: إعادة التصميم الكامل والتأهيل البصري
استخدمنا قالب Ensaf المتقدم مع باني الصفحات Elementor لإعادة بناء الموقع من الصفر.
قمنا بتطبيق هوية بصرية ملكية فاخرة تعتمد على الأسود الفحمي (Charcoal) والذهبي المطفي (Matte Gold)، مع اختيار خطوط Cairo للعناوين و Tajawal للنصوص القانونية.
تم توليد وتصميم صور احترافية مبتكرة ومخصصة لكل سكشن (الخدمات القانونية، خدمات الشركات، وخدمات التوثيق) تعكس الهوية السعودية الرسمية دون إظهار الوجه المباشر، لإضفاء طابع الهيبة والخصوصية.
المرحلة الثالثة: الصيانة، التجاوب، والتأهيل الرقمي
تهيئة الموقع بالكامل ليكون متجاوباً وسريعاً بنسبة 100% على الهواتف الذكية ومتوافقاً مع معايير SEO.
دمج بنرات نحيفة (Full-Width) منسقة بدقة لعرض اعتمادات المكتب الرسمية (وزارة العدل، هيئة المحامين، منصة اعتماد).
ربط الأزرار التفاعلية وصناعة روابط مخصصة مثل زر “خدماتنا” وتأمين وسائل التواصل الفوري كـ WhatsApp.
4. النتائج المحققة (The Results)
صفر تعطل (Zero Downtime): تم نقل الموقع وتشغيله على السيرفر الجديد دون توقف لثانية واحدة.
تحول بصري جذري: حصل العميل على موقع يعطي انطباعاً فورياً بالتطور والتحديث والاحترافية.
أمان متكامل: إغلاق كافة الثغرات وحذف ملفات التثبيت الحساسة تلقائياً.

1. Project Overview
The prestigious law firm of Lawyer & Legal Consultant Abdullah bin Hisham Hariri in Jeddah partnered with MedBrandify to execute a complete migration and strategic redesign of their digital presence. Celebrating over 30 years of legal excellence, the objective was to elevate their website into a premium, luxury platform that commands authority, trust, and professional credibility in the Saudi legal market.
2. The Challenges
Access & Credential Crisis: We received the website files via a Duplicator archive but without any WordPress admin credentials or login access.
Outdated Visual Identity: The legacy design lacked the premium aesthetic required for a top-tier law firm, combined with fragmented content that degraded the user experience (UX).
Security & Optimization Risks: The server required immediate hardening and configuration to support modern speeds and prevent potential vulnerabilities.
3. The Solution & Execution
Phase 1: Tactical Migration & Core System Override
Safely migrated all core files and implemented the MySQL database into the new Hostinger environment via hPanel.
To bypass the missing login credentials, we accessed the server directly and programmatically injected a temporary administrative account via the functions.php file. Once access was secured, the code was purged to maintain absolute security.
Phase 2: Luxury Redesign & Visual Asset Creation
Rebuilt the entire platform utilizing the premium Ensaf WordPress Theme powered by Elementor.
Established a high-end color palette featuring deep charcoal and matte gold accents, utilizing Cairo typography for bold headlines and Tajawal for readable legal body text.
Generated custom, hyper-professional visual assets for key sections (Corporate Services, Legal Litigation, and Notary Services), showcasing Saudi corporate prestige through anonymous, highly aesthetic framing.
Phase 3: Digital Optimization & Hardening
Fully optimized the interface for 100% mobile responsiveness and cross-browser fluid compatibility.
Designed and integrated a sleek, full-width responsive banner featuring official ministerial credentials (Ministry of Justice, Saudi Bar Association, Etimad).
Streamlined user paths, deploying dedicated anchor links, custom buttons like “Our Services”, and integrated instant floating communication channels (WhatsApp).
